Is a smartphone necessary to use the system?
No, although it is certainly advisable to use a smartphone to access and control the security system in order to enjoy the absolute amount of control and customizability of the entire system. The smartphone app enables the user to receive instant notifications, updates, modifications and live sensor status. However if you prefer not using the app you still have an option to receive cellular notifications such as SMS and calls whenever the system is triggered.
Is an active internet connection required all the time?
No. The best part of this advanced new security system is that it works on both your WiFi and a cellular connection. In case of a WiFi disconnection the system automatically shifts to its cellular service and continues to operate and send you alerts via SMS and calls.
Can I disable specific sensors?
Yes, the sensors can be armed/disarmed according to your preferences through the mobile app.
What happens if I activate the alarm system while a window/door that has a sensor attached to it is not closed?
In case of such an event the app will notify you of any open doors before arming the system.
How easy is it to move the products from one place to another?
Since the devices are installed using screws or 3M dual-sided tape hence the removal or re-installation of these products is absolutely hassle free.
Will I receive notification to notify if my devices are disconnected or the battery is low?
In case your devices are disconnected or are running on low battery the system provides you with a notification to alert you.
On what power source do the Wynbee wireless products run?
The Smart Hub runs on an AC power source, with a 6 hrs battery backup.
The other wireless sensors run on a replaceable battery, with battery providing a run time of up to 12 months.
Is there a monthly/yearly subscription cost associated with the system?
No absolutely not, Wynbee Smart Home Security System is a onetime investment for lifelong happiness.
How can i track my order and shipment
After logging into your account, the status of your order history can be found under order history. A tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from courier services.
How long will it take my order to arrive after i make the payment?
Customers who ship their orders within India should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
How do i cancel my order?
After logging into your account, go to your shopping cart, here you will be able to make payment or cancel your order.
Once payment is verified, the refund can claimed by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: We cannot cancel the order once the order has been shipped.
